By booking an appoint you consent that you over 18 years of age. I have not taken antibiotics, iron supplements or Retin-A in the last 14 days. You have not taken Accutane or immunosuppressants in the last 6 months. You are not currently pregnant or breastfeeding. The area(s) you would like to be treated have not been changed in any way from their natural pigment, and/or been tanned (naturally or artificially) within the last 4 weeks
SE Laser Cancellation Policy
We require a 24-hour cancellation for all appointments. Failure to provide 24 hours notice will result in forfeiture of your $50 deposit. Failure to provide 24 hour cancellation will results in full pre-payment of all future services.
